The design takes advantage of the spaces and the transition from the interior to the exterior, preserving the views without compromising the functionality and the avant-garde design.

The spaces were created for the interaction of the outside with the inside with central gardens that provide natural lighting and air circulation for passive air conditioning in the rooms.
