Located along Dubai Creek, this bold design will become an iconic point for the city due to its complex geometry. This project offers us a complete view of the bay, being this one of the main attractions. Its innovative shape simulates the outline of a boat sailing on the river

The intriguing structure of the building is the result of a process of reflection aimed at creating a horizon and generating those risky but harmonious forms.

The proposal for the Project Master Plan in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) consists of several mixed-use spaces such as a Wellness Center, Medical Check-up Clinic, Wellness Apartments, Ten Waterfront Villas, Hotel apartments, & residential apartments.
