With over two decades of practice, Javier Cuevas has established himself as one of the most distinctive voices in high-end residential architecture. Trained in Mexico and shaped by the demands of an international clientele, his work spans private residences, luxury developments, and large-scale projects across Mexico, Latin America, and the Middle East. Among his most notable works are Canrelia Al Ain Sokna in New Cairo, an ambitious residential development currently under construction in Egypt; Resort Residence in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, a project ready to break ground; and Atmosphere Home Spa in Praia Brava, Brazil; three projects that reflect the geographic reach and creative ambition that define CREATO. His work has been recognized in specialized architectural publications, and every project is guided by a sculptural vision, contextual sensitivity, and an uncompromising standard of spatial quality.
