Cidade Jardim
Located within the green residential fabric of Cidade Jardim, this house is conceived as a sculptural piece that engages the tropical landscape rather than dominating it. The project begins with a simple premise: to live within vegetation, with privacy, openness, and spatial continuity
The architecture is organized around a continuous flowing roof that unifies the entire program through a single gesture. More than a cover, it acts as a climatic device — protecting from intense sun, creating deep shadows, and allowing spaces to remain open throughout most of the day.
The house dissolves the conventional boundary between interior and exterior. Social areas expand into inhabitable terraces, green patios, and integrated gardens, forming a continuous sequence of environments where cross-ventilation, natural light, and vegetation become the primary elements.
