VERONA VILLA
Fraccionamiento Verona
This residence is organized around a strong directional roof that defines the identity and environmental performance of the house. The inclined plane generates deep shadows, protects the glazing from direct solar exposure and frames long horizontal views toward the surrounding landscape.
The ground level remains open and transparent, allowing the social areas to connect with the garden while maintaining privacy through recessed volumes and vegetation. Upper private spaces are contained within a more solid envelope, creating a clear hierarchy between public and intimate zones.
Material contrast between light surfaces and vertical elements reinforces the structural reading of the project, where architecture is expressed through proportion, shade and orientation rather than ornament. The result is a contemporary dwelling focused on comfort, climate response and spatial clarity.
